Let’s face it, Facebook, in my opinion is the most effective Social Media platform out there today.
Yes Twitter is getting most of the attention and growth, while Myspace is slowly falling behind, but Facebook’s features allow more interacting and networking for the user.
Now if your trying to promote yourself, products or services you must stand out from the rest of the crowd. If you don’t you will be lost in the crowd and not raise any eyebrows.
We can’t say enough about first impressions, so when your adding Facebook friends to your profile, you want that first impression to mean something. Yes you can send a typical welcome email to your new friends, but how unique is that? You must be more unique than the majority of people out there.
