I can’t tell you how many times I have had conversations with new online entrepreneurs, just a few months in the business, telling me that they have been working hard and are not getting the results they thought they should be getting.
After asking them questions, I discover that what they thought should be happening at this point is actually not realistic. For some reason a certain percentage of people believe success should be happening a lot sooner than it actually can. And what is more interesting is that the same people are putting in a fraction of the work required and expecting extra special results.
Guess what, their expectations a way off base and they need to be brought back to reality.
A typical traditional business can take 2-5 years to come into profit with lots of hard work. So with that being said, I can only assume that the “lottery ticket – get rich quick” mentality is just ramped in the online business industry.
