This blog post series, “How To Create Online Income”, has been created to lay out a foundational blue print for nearly any entrepreneur trying to market a product or service online.

So at this point we have been marketing online and generating traffic. We have been gathering contact information from prospects from our lead capture pages.
So to continue the process, we must begin building rapport with our prospects. The reason for this is simple, people buy from people they know like and trust, THAT’S IT.
There are a few ways to go about building rapport:
1. Email Marketing
3. Article Marketing
5. Social Media (which includes videos & blogging)
6. Picking up the phone and “talking” your your prospect.(my most effective technique)

As your doing email, video, blog, & article marketing to build rapport, you must be genuine and helpful without showing that you want much in return. Your viewers will sense this and therefore be more attracted to working with you. This will increase your trust and rapport with people a lot quicker.
The easiest way to be genuine & helpful is to provide solutions to people’s problems. So for example, if your in the network marketing/home business industry, ask yourself what the biggest problems are for people in that industry. You will find that lack of leads and lack of cash flow are the 2 biggest problems these entrepreneurs face. So focus your marketing on the solutions to these hurdles by providing network marketing support, mlm training, sales funnels, etc.

Also, when you actually have a conversation with a prospect, BE A GOOD QUESTION ASKER!
And after you ask the question LISTEN the their answer. Don’t be thinking of your next question as they are giving you their answer or you will come off as not listening to them.
When people feel that you really care about what their saying, you have mastered the art of building rapport.
